At VALLEY, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

RETURN WINDOW
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return approval and receive the return instructions and address

  3. Carefully package and ship the item back to the provided return address

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status via email

  5. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
